HCI produces over 18 million books per year, and they are all bound in our location. We have the capability of making these books using saddle stitching, lay flat binding, perfect binding, and case bound technology. We use a flexible "hot melt" adhesive for most of the books that we produce, but we can also produce books using a PUR adhesive unit that eliminates the need to have books sewn.

Once the printed product is bound, it is prepared for shipping or logged into inventory in our shipping center. Our customers also benefit from our freight discounts which are passed directly on to them, providing substantial savings on shipping costs.
